Waves

Ceramic collection
Material: ceramics

The dish collection “Waves” was made using exclusively natural Lithuanian ceramics technique. The very special effect of the collection is achievable when hot ceramics are being soaked into the bread leaven that makes the dish solid and paints it in different textures and shades. Objects of this collection are not just regular material things; they also stand for values shared by the traditional crafts in a modern context. “Waves” encourages the growth of the responsibility of consumption, highlights the advantages of the handmade objects, and allows the artist to comprehend the techniques and improve the products as much as possible.
